Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad


  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into small pieces


In a bowl, mix Mayo, sugar, vinegar, cheese, bacon, pepper, and broccoli.  Refrigerate for a hour before serving.
