Main:

Pan Roasted Superior Lake Trout

smoked scallop, truffled coconut curry sauce, rapini salad,

pineapple pearl couscous

or

Wood Fire Grilled Teres Major Steak

scallion-sour cream mashed potatoes, grilled white asparagus, truffled mushroom sauce

Dessert:

Mixed Berry Chantilly, Puff Pastry, Fresh Raspberries, Raspberry Glaze

or

Warm Pecan-Wild Rice Cake with homemade Cinnamon Ice Cream

Buttermilk Waffles

Buttermilk Waffles

1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
2 tbs Butter, melted

Beat egg in a small bowl until stiff and set aside. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. Combine Egg, buttermilk and melted butter. Add dry ingredients, mixing until just blended. Do not over beat batter. Pour into waffle maker.
