Photographed a tasting menu for an upcoming promo piece. They also needed some images for Restaurant Week & Valentine's Special.
Chef Patrick added a red feel to the dishes with sauces or beets or even a Hershey's kiss.
My favorite dish to photograph was the curled plantain with thinly sliced salmon. It was so beautiful laying across the plate.
